Don't Let Your Child Become a Statistic

At PAVE, our mission is deeply rooted in a belief that the current education system overlooks a fundamental aspect of our students' well-being and their knowledge to develop healthy habits in and outside of the classroom. We recognise a gap where students are encouraged to excel academically but rarely recieve the guidance on how to study, how to manage their time, how to balance their social life, school sport, and extra trainings. At the end of the day, we do what we do because we wished we had someone to teach us how to study, to help us find our passions and embrace them. But most importantly how to develop the skills on how to balance it all and maintain our a positive and happy wellbeing.

Mission

To empower young minds by fostering personal growth, academic potential, and a balanced life. We strive to develop well-rounded, whole individuals who possess the skills, confidence and resilience to succeed in all aspects of life

How Does it Work?

Throughout our One to One and Group Mentoring sessions we focus on creating a space that opens the mind to self growth and personal development, creating the mental tools and perspectives to deal with your child’s current challenges. Our Mentoring program allows for each session to be tailored and personalised for each individual and their current needs, working collaboratively to pave a path for their journey from a boy to a young man.

When necessary, the program allows for time to develop strategies and techniques to further improve your child’s study skills. Focusing on developing Executive Function; we assess current study skills, ability to break down, prioritise and structure tasks. The Academic Mentoring Program prides itself on working together to develop not only the ‘goal’ but the ‘how’, developing actionable tasks to empower your child to reach their full academic potential. We don’t just focus on grades - we aim to pave a path for your child to grow in all aspects of life.

Ultimately, our Mentoring program revolves around developing a role model/ older brother like relationship that focuses on building a respect for self, parents and friends. A holistic approach to balancing life as a student. Empowering students to build life lasting skills, developing a positive mindset and maintaining a healthy balance between academics and personal well-being.

Testimonials

Ingrid and John

21.11.2023

Nick has been an incredible support for our son Xavier this term. As parents, we’ve found it really hard to motivate Xavier to do any school work, but after one session with Nick he was studying willingly. Nick gave Xavier the study skills he needed to top his class in most of his recent exams. Xavier has also loved his PT sessions with Nick, during which he’s learnt proper technique and the right kind of exercises for his body type. He’s happy to study if it means he’s rewarded with going to the gym with Nick afterwards!  He’s also really loved learning about food and nutrition, which has been another great motivator for him. Nick has been an incredible tutor, coach, and mentor for Xavier, someone he can look up to and aspire to. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
